Converter Cable Assemblies

 (3)
This active cable assembly converts passive speed sensors to active digital output. Cable assembly has a built-in amplifier that allows the user to upgrade his passive sensor sine or analog waveform output to a digital square wave output. Benefits include better detection of lower speeds, greater sensor to actuator air gaps and higher noise immunity. Connector mates with industry standard size 10 5015 series 2 pin connectors found on most catalog speed sensors. Cable operates from 6 to 28 VDC at 10mA maximum current and has an output impedance of 200 ohms. This cable will convert an input signals as low as 65 mV pk-pk. into a square wave output signal approximately equal in amplitude to the input supply voltage.

Bulkhead Style Connector

Bulkhead Style Connector is available in 2 pin, 3 pin and 4 pin configurations with male or female pins. The body of the connector is made of die cast aluminum or stainless steel to provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. All bulkhead connectors are provided with 12 inch insulated leads. Bulkheads can also accommodate special termination requirements.
